NEW BUSES - To qualify for new plan coverage a bus must have manufacturer's warranty remaining. Coverage begins immediately after manufacturer's warranty expires.

USED BUSES - Buses up to 15 model years old and within 150,000 miles qualify for coverage.

Any condition determined to have been present at the time of service contract issuance and should have been noted and or repaired at the time of inspection will not be eligible for coverage and will be the responsibility of the selling dealer to correct.
Bus Master Warranty contracts do not cover pre-existing conditions.
